Landlords

Letting others live in your own home is an emotional step. But if you know that someone is keeping an eye on things, you will sleep a lot more peacefully. Then the choice to engage Hestia Housing Holland is quickly made!

Hestia Housing Holland finds reliable tenants

Hestia Housing Holland only rents out to companies that have their employees work temporarily on a project. When the project is finished, the employees return to their hometown. Most people work full-time and are only in the house in the evenings and on weekends. The house is therefore used less intensively than when someone is at home all day.

Rental

The rental is for a minimum of 3 months; the contract will be extended in consultation. You do not need to draw up a rental agreement, Hestia Housing Holland will do that for you. You can let us take care of the upholstery or furniture. The costs for the upholstery/furniture that we provide are for the account of the tenant.

We determine the rental price in mutual consultation.

We advise you on the best possible price, given the local market developments. You can decide for yourself whether or not you want to pass on certain costs, such as property tax, consumer tax or service costs.
